It was hell out there.. i blasted at my officer.. when he was constantly ignoring me.. Actually i was given the duty to collect cash from the policy holders..and i did it to perfection.. and handed over the cash in time..by about 1.00 PM, this afternoon for his counting and checking.. He did not turn up till, 1.30 PM for checking, and finally came for counting the cash.. I waited for 10 minutes, and still that fella was doing some other work in the pretext of counting.. " Then i asked him,Have you verified the cash of mine? " This fella did not answer, me.. and was doing something.. and again i asked after 10 minutes.. he did not bother to respond.. I just placed the cash on the table and started to leave the office.. and once i started to move.. he sent a person and called me.. I asked him, what's the matter.. This fella, said..how come you leave the office, when i didnot gave the permission to do so? And now, it was my turn to fire.. " I told him, that you were reluctant to answer me..when i asked you..and i there is no use for me to stand in the place where my self respect is taken for granted.. just like that...... and you never bothered me to answer" Come what may..i said...to him.... Some how, my friends pacified me.. and in the end the problem hangs on.." Only on Monday.. i will come to know what forms.. it will take further. Later.. he checked my cash.

Hi saivenkaat802003! Oh my, I can't really blame you for reacting that way towards him. Anybody has his limitations. I do think that it is right to stand up so as not to be taken for granted or being treated like a doormat. You have been doing your work efficiently and what is required of you, the least he can do is to give you the proper respect. Oh, I do think I will behave the same way as you my friend if I will be treated like that. And I hope on Monday, everything will work out just fine for you. Take care and God Bless!

Sometimes I also have some troubles with my colleagues. Sometimes I talk to them and remind them, but they ignore it. You know I really don't want to speak it again and again, it seems quite boring. If they don't care, why I have to care for them? But sometimes I have to do something I don't like. And I have to try to get on well with my colleagues. Otherwise the work will be like a suffering. As to your officer, I didn't know why he did that. It is a very stupid behavior to annoy you. He can't be beneficial to it. I love China

Hi saivenkaat, the fella was really impolite that he even didn’t utter a single word when you talk to him. Actually, if he was really busy with his work he still should at least to try to eke out a gesture or any other sign to let you know he would entertain you later, as he was unable to say anything to you during the very busy moment then. But he totally treated you as an invisible stuff. He was really rude indeed. Definitely this would make you to feel irritated as you had wasted quite some time waiting there. This fella ought to be tough a lessen how to be associable with his subordinates. Anyhow I never come across any officer to order me to leave his officer with his permission. Definitely any person who confronts such a situation would get angry with his rude attitude. What’s more we are an ordinary person. Anyway I did lose my temper when someone treated me rudely before. Later when I calm myself down I felt regretted over this matter. The feeling was a bit torturous. I felt I was not much better than that person in this way. To avoid this to be happened again, I must bear in mind that not to get angry easily no matter how rude the person is. I felt that I should have solved the problem in the more appropriate way to show that I am not the person of the same kind with him. I think you better find out what’s wrong with the fella to make him to behave like a dictator. Does he purposely aim on you only or is it his normal behavior? Hope that everything would be alright on the coming Monday. posting and good luck.

Hi Sai, life is like that. He might have come to his senses now, I hope so. Sometimes, I compare human relationships with pruning rose bushes. I get good roses only if I cut off the extras off a rose bush. Human beings need constant pruning too else they run wild and treat you as they like. You did right in asserting yourself. Two things might happen: the fellow's ego might get damaged and he might try to cause mischief or the fellow might come to his senses and treat you with respect henceforth. Cheers and happy mylotting
