in generallike most of the people I use the mouse with my right hand but I am quite okay using it with my left hand also but the thing is ironic that the same speed what I used to get with my right hand but I think it is very good if you can use the mouse with both hands were sometimes if one of your hand is spinning then you can use the other one to work because nowadays I guess almost every work in the office is done on computers and so mouse is a very integral part of the same. It is just like in the olden days if you could write with both the hands when it was a very big advantage to you.

Why I started this discussion is coz I started getting pain my right wrist using mouse from last year and started practicing with my left hand too. Now whenever I feel pain in my right hand I start using the mouse with my left hand.

I tried it as soon as I read your question. I can do it, but of course, it's a little awkward. I use a trackball instead of a mouse so it would be easier to make the transition since I don't have to use wrist and arm movement to move the cursor.

I got the most sensitive of the Razor gaming mouses and works great with both hands if it's just for browsing and working with programs but it's made for the right hand so it's hard to press the left side button if you use it with the left hand got no power in my pinky :)

Impossible for me! Can only use right hand. And there is not really a reason why I should use left hand. Because I'm right handed. But my mouse works for both left and right handed. (Razer Diamondback 3G). Degger

No i cannot, simply because my mouse is made for right handers(Razer Deathadder). but i tried with a both handed mouse, a bit tricky with the buttons but it is possible:) p.s. Degger u noob:) (from godmode your bestest buddy)
