Friends I want to tell you that in our country India. most of the people don't know the meaning of Personality Developement.The main base of Personality Developement is to Follow rules.If you follow rules and Regulation then at least you should become a ideal citizen.In our country personality Developement is Must.

True, Civic sense is something everyone should be trained/educated on. Guess, the govt is busier saving itself..always!
