Road-mails.com scam or a legit site?

I just joined this site and it pays usd $200 per email and to click $200 so i wanted to know is this a scam or legtimate.

it is impossible that they could pay so much money just by reading e-mails! i know some other sites that really pay. please check my profile if you want to join some very good paying sites ;)
