A small trading business at home? (For US/Canada residents; I only need one)

I'm looking for a trustworthy person to help purchase things from website that are only catered for US/Canada residents and ship it out of the country. Payment will be made through paypal, and will start from small purchases in order to build up our trust gradually. Am willing to pay up to 3% mark up from the prices stated on the website. This is a sure profit business without capital! Anyone interested?
