Do you believe that "love is blind"?

i dont think love is blind, the truth is we all see bad things about our partners too, we see more than others do with the person we love.. but we choose to love them still even though we see the bad things about them...

LOVE is blind?nope..love make the lovers blind...about the age gap...well when I was 28 y/o I didn't know I'll fell inlove with an 18 y/o guy,10 years age gap but we lasted for 3 years only bec. he was a drag racer and such a sweet and nice guy but due to peer pressure he forgot that he has a girlfriend and spent most of his time with fellow drag racers or his group.Until I met a guy from work (in a call center) who understands my schedule and kind of work..Again I fell inlove to this guy I'm with now and his 30 years old.Still there's an age gap.There times that you don't care about the problem and ignore it..and that's actually the reason why it make the lovers blind.But love is not blind. ;p

Love has to be blind otherwise nobody would go into a relationship at all. People are so imperfect that seeing them without rose-colored glasses called love would surely make everyone nauseous of their so many imperfections. It is love that allows people to see not the imperfections but the good qualities and this is enough to make them want to be with them forever.

I am agree with you that love is really make people blind and going mad.many teenages will be in crazy mode when he or she is in love with anyone.they can do a lot of things to make their loves happy.another things is the persons in love will never saw his/her lovers have any bad things about them.

yes i believe that love is completely blind and makes a person mad..i have an example..one of my friend left his family for her girl friend and his girl friend seems yak..not at all beautiful..but still he loves her and left his family for marrying her..this shows love is blind..

Love can be blind in both a positive way AND/OR a negitive way...BUT IMO when its blind to the negative, thats not really love....Love is blind, deaf and sometimes quite stupid if you think about it LOL

Hello melo_828, Nice number you have. I do believe that love makes you blind. If you feel in love with someone, nothing matters anymore. You move mountain and ocean just to be with your love one. It's even harder if you have a forbidden love. It will surely put you in trouble. So when you fall in love used your mind to control your heart. This way you won't get hurt. Being in love is beautiful so don't fight it, let it flow and put some control to it. Once it rampage you are in great trouble.

in my opinion love is blind is a very poular and common quote nothing else.it depends from person to person,love is basically attraction which vanishes with time and you get attracted to some other and the cyale goes on.the only thing is you love the person with whom you spend s time.....love is not blind.some people get blind in love it's their problem

Yes, i believe love is blind because if not why rich and poor,normal and not normal,old and you and other people fall for each other. I am very much happy that you ask this question. If you are in love, you are blind because you cannot see anyone perfect than him/her. You can do everything for love and even sacrificing your whole life. i don't think that love is blind. i believe that love highlights the good and gives less importance to the bad. it highlights the important things like values, personality, interests, integrity and dignity...and gives lesser importance to color, race, religion, nationality, and even body odor. as my old mentor said, love is not blind. it sees everything, but it does not mind. in fact, love sees beyond the surface. it perceives the person beneath all the camouflage.

yes i believe love is blind, now the love factor is gone, but money. my neighbor, they are couple (husband and wife) the man was abuot 70s years old, and the woman was about 25, they were kissing, i tough they kissed just because love, when i search it why she married with him, is nothing else than money factor.

i dont believe that love is blind... it is in the person... on how he or she will express and stand in the relationship... although we cannot deny the fact that loving someone is a thing that makes you crazy as if you are in the cloud nine and afraid of losing that someone... i believe that it is your destiny and fate that leads you to love that person and make you proud... show to the public how much you care for your partner whoever he or she is... it is hard to teach a person whose heart is deeply attach to someone he/she love... its the emotions that prevail most when you are deeply inlove...

I don't believe it, I know it. I have been through it. I wasted important three years loving. But you see, being blind is not beneficial. It does not help. It only makes you dependent and despondent. Love literally does make you blind. Would you like to live your life being blind?

When you are first deep in love then love can be blind for you. But after a long period of time, slowly you will realize there are more things which more important than love. I had this experience before. When I was in my teenage time, I was deep in love with a guy. This guy was not so rich and not so educated. At first, we thought that all the things we could overcome as long as we loved each other. But after some time, we discovered that all things were not workable. We started to realize there were many things far more important than love itself. Then we were separated. Some how we need to grow up through experiences in life to slowly explore what is love.
