Any site that can earn fast without referral?

Hi,
I'm wondering is there any site out there that allow you to earn money is a short period of time without any referral under you? I've joined many sites and still can't reach payout except myLot.
I've spent almost 1 1/2 months to reach payout in MyLot due to no referral at all. So, kinda wondering any site out there that don't require referral?
