it is all about the hallucinations relating to the machine world and the real world enigma. they are in for a business: to conquer the world and end humanity. but then neo comes as a saviuor and rescues by sacrificing himself....

i only suggest you, watch the movie two to three times, (First parts) then and then you can understand the meaning.
and for you, as you are from India, you can relate with "maya" (krishana told to arjun in gita,) its same.
