Jasmine is the best smelling! Some family friends have jasmine growing in their well-manicured yard. I only get to visit them once a year, so I always plan the trip so I can enjoy the sweet smells of jasmine through their garden.

My favorite is the Siberian Iris. It's purple with gold. But when someone is buying me flowers, I prefer carnations to roses. Funny, huh? A female who doesn't care for roses. Roses are just too commercialized anymore, and the sentiment has lost its spice. Want to impress me for Valentine's Day or another special occasion? THen just find purple irises, not an easy task everywhere. Carnations will suffice!

I guess the rose is my favorite, but I love all flowers. I love to work in my flower garden, just don't have the time or energy to do much any more.
