My mp4 player wont download songs properly :( HELP!

well when i was down in nelson i bought this $200 mp4 player. it was working fine until i went and charged it over night. the next morning it wasnt working properly! it said disc not found or something. so i sent it back down and when i got it i downloaded some songs on it then i played them back and it had only downloaded like 10 secs of the songs! plz help it was sooo expensive.

Hey there I had the same problem as you did. I think the 1st problem is because you might have not 'safely removed' your mp4 usb port from the computer when you put songs into it. The second problem might be caused by you not waiting for the songs to be properly downloaded or the file that you put may not be the full version of the song. Maybe you should ask an expert to show you how it is done. :D
