how do you start your day right?

sometimes we wake up in a "bad mood" (we can't just help it...right)... when this happens, how do you make your day right? how do take away the "bad mood" that you have?

usually i will take a little time to do something that i have an interest in and that i enjoy doing, like photography. That usually helps to pick up my a day a bit and get me more enthusiastic about the things i need to do

it usually depends... sometimes i have a cup of coffee in a place isolated from people (quite weird..hehehe)... sometimes, i just listen to instrumental music or music that are good to my ears...

That sometimes happen, no matter what you do everything seems to go wrong and puts you in a bad mood. What I do is stop whatever I am doing for a while. Take a break. It helps if you pray and ask the Lord for guidance. This will definitely swing your mood to a good one:)

hi makaira! when i wake up in a bad mood, its hard to make myself cheerful again. i'd remain in a bad mood for a few hours before i finally able to cheer myself up and be nice again to people around me. usually, i force myself to think of nice things and that would be through scolding myself for focusing on the negative side of something and i would shift my thinking to the positive side of that thing. and then i would stop myself for being sarcastic of everything around me and instead look at the funny side of them just to make myself smile. and then, i would be more appreciative of things around me especially jokes being thrown to me. that way, i can lighten up my mood step by step.
