How it will be if we charge the signal providers for receiving the ads from them

Friends signal providers like idea and other card providers will send many messages and calls for promotions of their new updates.i think we should charge them for that because we will get disturbed when they call and send many messages so,friends tell me opinion on this that am i rite or wrong so that we can end that.
