ok do clothes run the risk of still shrinking even though they have been washed a million times? to me it would be the first time that would shrink them if they do shrink and i have never had anything shrink on me yet.. my hubby seems to think that if i use the high setting on the dryer (the setting that like stops if it senses the stuff it dry) that it will still shrink them.. i wash them in cold water so they arent running the risk wash wise.. so after multiple washing can a dryer still shrink things?

Usually not, unless you do something really dumb. When I was in the Navy, my first wife washed my dress blues in hot water and then dried them on high...they would have fit a ten-year-old. Dress blues are pure wool.
