I hate pesky mosquitoes...grrr

I am "food" according to mosquitoes. They are one of the most annoying pests at home. I dislike them because they bite me whenever they have the chance to. Luckily though, I have not contracted any disease from this and I hope it stays that way. My problem with these insects is the after effects. The bites don't just turn red, they turn black. Like bruises, and take forever to fade. I have to put on a scar removing solution just to help it fade.

I can see why malaria is so prevalent in countries. Mosquitos multiply so quickly! It has been raining here the past couple days and the mosquitos get me even when I don't know it. Last week my leg itched, so I pulled up the leg of my jeans and there were two big, red mosquito bites. I sprayed hairspray on them and that got rid of the itch for a little while. My sister gets bit, but hers always swell up twice the size of mine. She was up here two weeks ago and was sporting some very big mosquito bites.
