Do You miss the Mylot countdown ?

I just noticed Mylot's gone more 24/7 when the countdown clock for the payment update isn't there any more..Before the Upgrade/revamp, Did You post any more responses or discussions each day in that slot where the clock was still saying "Last update 23 hours ago"?

Hi! When I first started I used to.^_^ I would post like mad when I saw that its 23 hours before update. But then as I got used to myLot I learned that it doesnt count automatically and all my posts on that 'last hour' will be counted on the next update.LOL! But you know what? Ive been looking for that update too. and I found it! Its on the earnings page. It would have been nice if they kept it somewhere readily available and seen so that users are always aware and so are motivated to post more right?^_^

Yeah, posting like crazy in hour 23 doesn't really matter, at least for that day's earnings. Earnings are counted for each calendar day, however, earnings are posted anywhere between 9-11am EST. So posting right before earnings are to be posted doesn't help one little bit for the earnings you are about to get, but it does help in the long run.

Yep, it does help for the next day. Now, I try to squeeze in lots of posts before the myLot Digest. Some users have speculated that its the cut off time that our posts are counted on that days earnings. True or not at least it helps me set a goal for myself for that day, like the '23 hours' did when I first started.^_^

I noticed it as well. I'd like to have that feature back, please myLot Admin! It's what actually keeps me coming back to mylot every night! But now that the countdown timer's not there anymore I lose interest in waiting for my earnings to update. For transparency's sake, please bring back the countdown timer! :)

You know what, I didn't notice that was gone until I saw this discussion! I am going to miss that. I liked knowing how long I had until my earnings was updated, as I usually log in a few minutes before they do. I wonder if they will still do it at the same time, or if they will just do it when they feel now that it isn't being monitored.

As long as the clock is still available to us clockwatchers,(),although hidden away on the earnings page,at least it's only out of sight on the homepage

It never made me work any day but I did like to see if it had been updated and see when it was roughy going to be updated!
I can't decided yet whether I do prefer the new or the old layout but I'm sure with time I'll have forgotten what the old one was like!! lol x
