India

This is really disgusting to read. What new ways does the miscreants find to earn money.. Stealing fans from the trains.. I wonder how they miscreants could do such a things publicly without getting noticed. Suppose if i go, and remove a fan from a train.. will not this invoke doubt to the person who is watching me? Will you not ask me, what makes me to remove the fan from the train, especially when it is in good condition? This incident has been reported in Bihar, in India. http://news.webindia123.com/news/Articles/India/20080713/999039.html What are the Railway Protection Force doing..It is reported in the article that nearly 70 such fans have been stolen for the past two months. This compels me to ask you this. Whom to blame for this situation. 1) The uninterested Public, who though would have seen theft..not reporting 2) Lack of vigilance among the Railway police. Who is to be blamed. Share your opinions friends.

Hi saivenkaat802003! I do believe that it is the authorities and the public/people who should share the burden of responsibility. The authorities can not see everything and they do need the help of people/public. People should report incidents like this so that it will be put to stop. People and authorities should work hand in hand to better our society. We, the people should not put the burden to the authorities alone but we do have the responsibility to make right in our own society. Take care and God bless you my friend!
