WWE are bringing out a DVD of the greatest IC matches and champs of all time so who would get your vote(s) as the best IC champion(s) in history? and what matches send shivers down your spine where the IC title is involved?

for wwe ic champion, my vote goes to bret "the hitman" hart. i really like him when he was ic champ and he went up the baddest and biggest wrestler during that time. another ic favorite of mine is the ultimate warrior. i remember he was ic champ when he defeated hogan for the championship. the ic title was vacant and a tournament was held and this was won by mr. perfect.
as for the favorite match, i have two. macho man-steamboat in wm3 and the first ic ladder match between shawn michaels and razor ramon. calssic matches that are second to none.

Favourite IC champ im torn between 3 Mr Perfect, Hitman and HBK all unbelievable wrestlers who give so much favourite matches again im stuck on 3 wm10 ladder match was unbelievable and set the standard, summerslam 91 hitman v mr perfect probably the most sound wrestling match you could ever see, summerslam 92 hitman v british bulldog that match was amazing and very enjoyable to watch :)
