Everyday I am practicing this habit,my department is at first floor of the building,I use staircase everyday I walk up to the first floor. But still every morning I manage to see many peoples waiting for lift to go up to first floor. People are lazy to walk nowadays. I am not sure about other countries. But I think that is the culture of my country. When ones lazy to walk up to first floor, what more to say about exercise? That's why lots people now lack of exercise, end up high cholesterol, obesity and high blood pressure. What do you think about this? Do you have this good habit? Please share with me.

Well, I prefer to go with the stairs. Waiting for the lift to go up to only first floor is not worth my time. You will at least throw one, two, or sometimes five minutes away for it to come. If you take the staircase, perhaps you have already replied one or two fanmail in your inbox when your friends come to your room (by lift).
But, if I have to go to 20th+ floors, I think I will go with the lift...
