So I have lost weight which is Great, I want to get down to 140 but not sure if I can anytime fast. Right now I have lost maybe about 10 lbs which I am grateful for but I need to lose another 30 lbs....I know that I can do it, and I know that I want to do it, I feel like I am doing well it just is going so slow I hate that!! I hate that it takes so much longer for women to lose weight than it does for men.... I am not looking to lose so much weight, I mean if I can get under 140 that would be okay too but 140 is actually what my normal weight would be at for my height I am about 5 feet 9 inches, so I am tall.... I have been able to go down to about 1 dress size which is also nice so I do like that but I want to get down to a size 10, I am hoping for size 8 but I think that may be too small. When I was in highschool as a freshman probably around 5'7 I was wearing a size 3...yeah I was a pole, but after having kids and dealing with hormones for fertility things with having our first baby it was a pain and I gained a ton of weight. Now I am on the mend, after about 10 years of dealing with fertility and now that we are done with having children, I am feeling good and I can not wait to see what I will look like in about 6 months what about you?

My company has just brought out a new natural weight loss / weight management product. I've heard good reports. I've ordered some from the US, and I'll let you know how it goes once I've trialled it for a while. I've never been a pole, but I've been slim. I gained a huge amount of weight when I got pregnant too, and have lost most of it. I just need to shift the last bit, and let me tell you, it's stubborn!

I need to lose a bit myself and just can't do it. I just don't know what to do to accomplish it. Some people tout Herbalife as a miracle cure. Others, low carb- high protein. I would love to know what really works. My main problem is that I have no willpower. Also, my husband continues to buy me stuff that I really shouldn't have. My size 10 jeans are a bit tight and I refuse to get bigger ones. I must either lose weight or endure the discomfort of too tight pants forevermore. I would love to go down to a size 8 someday soon.

I've been having problems with my weight for years. But so far, I'm doing good. I've lost 46 lbs in 2 months already and I feel great. I would suggest though that you try to increase your metabolism by gaining more muscles. Compliment your aerobics/program with weightlifting. You don't have to use heavy weights though. Just 5 to 10 lbs would do and would increase your muscle mass. This will help you burn more calories even while your resting. I'd like to ask, if you won't mind, what are you currently doing to have lost the 10 lbs. 140 lbs is a good goal for your height (that's a nice height for a lady. you're taller than me =). I know you can do it. Keep yourself motivation. Always think of the reason why you are trying to lose weight in the first place and think of who you are doing it for. Take care.

10 pounds is awesome!! Remember that you dont want to lose the weight to fast. Usually when you lose it really fast you put it back on fast and sometimes more of it. Most important thing is to get into a healthy eating /workout routine. If your doing the same workout plan as you have always done, you may want to make it more intense and maybe add more weights. Good luck with losing the 30 pounds, you can do it!!
