Could you LIVE 100%?

If I were given a chance to live my life until 100 years then I would not accept it.. I don't want to live in this world with that kind of old.. I know I will not be happy since my loves ones might not there anymore.. I don't want to live very old that I can't anymore stand in my own foot, or can't walk without any help from other people.. Maybe, at the age of 75 is enough to live in this world.. I don't want to go more than that because I know the world is not that kind of easy..

I worked for a doctor and many of the patient were over 100. We would see atleast 3-4 a week that were over 100. Most of them came in without the aid of a walker or cane and were in wonderful health. So it is way possible. I did notice they were all very nice and very positive people. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Yes, I think it's possible to live to be 100 years old. It of course depends on how you take care of yourself. And I think it could be about your attitude also. If you look at life in a positive way it is probably better for your overall health and well being. People might be living longer these days anyway because I think we are trying to eat better and take better care of ourselves.
