Could you elaborate on your question.. Which servers are you talking about...
Do you mean data transfer between two computers??? then it depends on then speed of the LAN cable connecting the two computers.. It maybe 100Mbps or 1GBps..

It depends from sever to server and the maintanace of a server.Normally it might start from 1mbps(mega byte per second)

i am not talking about the server friends what will be the maximum rate of transfer of data per second from one server to any server.
that will be the largest i mean till what speed the server's can transfer the data.

It depend on three things, the capability or specification of both machine that will be the source and recipient of data, the connection speed this two machine is into and the software process or method use to transfer data. It is very difficult to give you a good speed estimates with the information you've just given.
