How to make myself fat?

When i was born i was a healthy strong baby comapared to the rest. But i started to grow skinny and couldn't get fat in anyway. I didn't go 'make cake' everyday and even when i eat fruits, it's only work for a few days. I went to see doctors, to help me improve my digestive system but not working. I had the GNC weight gainer for around a month but doesn't have a single effect on me(currently still using, it make me more hungry). I can eat a lot, but just couldn't get fat. But during purbety stage i did grow tall but not in weight. Another information, i got excerise regularly. Anyone can help me?

I don't know this one works for you or not but there is a room for you to try. I suggest you to start eating chocolates everyday. Many of my friends likes to eat chocolate and most of them now fatty. It takes time. I think 1 to 2 years. You should try first but if it wont works, I am very apology. Regards.

If i eat everyday i will get sick =X And my mouth will get ucler.

Hello ahyi, if you are slightly underweight, thank your lucky stars and stay that way. But if you are too thin, do something about it, obiously you are not eating the right kind of food. Peraps also, you are too tense and carry the burdens of the world on your shoulders. It is important that diet eaten by thin people be rich in all body-building elements, especially the vitamins of the B family and the easily digested fatty acids found in the golden ols. If you are painfully thin and have not not been able to gain in the past, by all means learn to let-go.-to relax completely. Your diet may be deficient in calcium and Vitamin D. If so, calcium foods and Vitamin D, in the form of fortified milk drinks, yogurt, and cheese, should be increased in daily diet. Add calcium and Vitamin D concentrate to your daily meals. Sun bath are specially helpful to thin people not only because of their soothing and relaxing effect upon the whole of the body, but also because direct sunshine delivers vitamin D to the body (do not over do it)Happy mylotting

You must eat rice,breads and those which have lots carbohydrates that allows you to gain weight.Dont miss your meal,Eat three times a day.Eat healty food.=)
