I'm so sorry. I'm glad your giving the situation to God though, that is the absolute best thing to do. God already has a plan for you and for your granddaughter set in place and you just have to keep that faith. My niece was kidnapped by her birth father when she was 5 yrs old, my sister probably could have done something to either get her back or to get visitation but she didn't, she feared that because thier family had big bucks that she had no chance with him. when my niece turned 15, she finally came back :) anyways, you say that you lost, if you went to court with this, you can still appeal. if you can't get custody or whatever it is your going for, it's your right to go for grand parents rights. get visitation. I wouldn't give up. I would just keep looking to God in the whole situation and he will make this work for you. you should be able to see your Grand daughter, no matter what.

Thank you so much, but in the state of Indiana there is no grandparents rights,so like I said I will leave it in God's hands because only he knows what will happen I have always had faith in God and I know he knows what is best for her She will always know that I love her I am very happy that your family member had return to you. Thanks again for your support

Sorry to hear this news. I think you have to expect to see her again, for she will grow up and one day be free to come visit or stay with you. Do not give up hope. Miracles happen if you plan for them. Take care.
