Hi there, prices in the UK are forcing most teenagers to live with their parents for a longer time. Even flats are a lot of money. The house that I want to buy is my brothers house, he is moving out so the plan was to buy it when he moves. He paid £60,000 for it about 4 or 5 years ago. Now its worth £125,000, so as you will understand £125,000 is going to be hard to pay for me and my girlfriend as we have little income and we are only 19 :(. Thanks for reply susan :)

Hello hello! May I join in? We're in London and the house prices are bloody. We're renting a flat which costs £1000/month. We have to share the flat with friends so as our rent would not be that heavy. We're planning to mortgage a house..but definitely, not within London..It's cheaper outside the city..
