Is it possible to you to treat your best friend as more than a sister to you?

I don't have sister really, all brothers to be exact, when I was a child, I was the only one playing with my dolls and other toys. I can't discuss much about girl talk even for my mom because she's always annoyed when I talked about it. Suddenly, I found my bestfriend who was also my non-biological sister and I felt the comfort of telling her many things and she also thinks that I am her sister too because she's an only child.
We've been together for years as a non-biological sister but for me she's a gift that no expensive things can conpsre her.

Yeah is is really possible to treat your best friend as more than a sister to you. In fact even other people who have sister's still consider their best friend as their sister. They are much open to say anything with their best friend than their sister, I dont know but I experience this. I have 4 sister's but neither of them that I am close with. I mean, I dont even confide any problems with them. I am much closer to my best friend. The best buddy I have.
