I make sure that I feel comfortable with my sitting position. Usually I spent the whole day in front of the computer though I have some breaks and manage to stand during those break times. I have to do the standing because If I did not, I will not only get a back pain but also pain in my upper legs. But sometimes I do the correct sitting position to make my whole body relax, then take a deep breath. It really helps to keep my body alive.

hello, sharay! Thank you so much for marking me as the best response! I really appreciated it. Sadly to say, I have just tender my resignation in my work as a researcher. I feel that I need to explore my horizons and I can not be able to do it if I am just sitting in front of the computer for almost 12 hours, right? But I really loved my job, I enjoy surfing the internet, making articles and submitting it online, blogging, etc. It just that I am not used to it because I am a very social person. But it doesn't mean that you can not be social through the internet, right? It just that there is a big difference when you and your friends are hanging out together, seeing them in person, not in web camera. God bless and have a nice day! Cheers!

I should watch my posture because I sit in front of a computer literally all day, but it's hard to stay in one position for most of the day, so I often end up sitting too far forward or at an awkward backwards angle. It's not good for my back and I'm starting to feel the pain.

No I dont, im sat in a comfy arm chair slouched back with the laptop on my knee, however as I suffer with sciatica often the worst way to sit is more comfortable for me, but I probably wont be saying that when I try to stand up!

i choose to sit on what is comfortable for me..with back laid in the back rest of the chair and that way i will avoid back pain and i really find it comforting enough.. thnks

I move around when I ever get uncomfortable I move to another locations. I am lucky enough to have a lap top. So I can move to another couch or my bed or the kitchen table. I have never done that correct posture thing. I just dont think I could sit in the same place and work all day. I wonder how office workers to it sometimes.
