My husband and I just decided that we are going to hire the contractor to build the shell for the pantry, sunroom, carport and shop but we are going to do the inside work! Oh my goodness! the labor for the contractor doing the inside was outrageous, not because he is so high but because everything in life is going up so much! So we thought we'd save ourselves some money and do it ourselves. BUT I need to try to make all that I can to buy the materials that we will be needing and pay for the labor on what the contractor is going to do. Between my sewing, babysitting for grandbabies and church and children's church stuff plus the crocheting that I am behind on, I have to find time to do more on here! I have been so busy that I have failed to do much posting on here to you, my friends, and to even start any discussion. I did get back to my clicking today on NeoBox, ClixSense, Financial Freedom Ads, WordLinx, and BUX.net and I did a few surveys on DealBarbiePays but have much more I need to do. I am open for any more suggestions on ways to make money but I can't afford to spend my time on those that are not paying. I did try to check into Associate Content and I just cannot get into it and really can't tell anyone why. Maybe you can tell me. LOL Well, all your suggestions will be considered. God bless you for taking the time to read my discussion.

Wow, girl, you ARE busy! I know it is going to be so much work, but you really will be saving so much money. It would intimidate me to have to do all that work just my husband and I (if I were married of course), but I bet you guys end up doing just as good a job as a professional. I'm sure when it is over it will all be worth it. In the meantime, hang in there!

You're a sweetie! But it will be saving way over $7500 not counting the labor on the shop! Can you believe that! So we are going to give it a whirl. Thanks for posting and God bless you!

Mama, Wow!!! If I knew a way to help you make more money, I'd tell you. But from the look of things you are busy already. I wouldn't know what else to tell you to do. If you find a better way to make a quick buck, let me know and I'll do what I can to help you out. Good luck!!! Thanks for the post :D

I can certainly understand. We are fixing to build a house and after exploring all the costs we decided to wait till the first of the year to save all the money that we can. We have both been working as much overtime as possible and saving/making any money or change that we can. It can be very stressful. Good luck.

I'm not certain how you can make more money. However, you could try taking out a loan through Prosper to help pay for the costs. Plus, you can try some tricks to scale back everyday costs of living. Check books such as "The Complete Tightwad's Gazette" for ideas.
