What was the last place you went camping?

The last time I went camping it was in a tent in Ralston, Pennsylvania in the mountains where there is a beautiful stream that was carved out by the ice age, the stream bed is one big rock and the water is so blue and clear with wild lilacs everywhere! The water is extremely cold though, since it flows from Canada and runs very fast, so we have to plan around the most extreme hot days haha.

The last place that I went camping was to the Island of Sark in the Channel Islands. They are nearer to France than the UK which they belong to. We sailed there from Poole and it was quite a rough trip with fairly high waves. We were traveling with my dog, Secret. He had to stay in a pet traveling container on the car deck. We got to Guernsey but missed the ferry to Sark. We got a charter boat out there. It was so rough a sailing that we all rocked off our seats, crash on the floor. We set up my tent. Secret liked to make me roll off on to the floor during the night and then got on my camping mat. He tried to bother the campers next to us for some of their breakfast. We camped in a field like site overlooking the sea. It was a peaceful and quiet place to stay. It was lovely to explore the island. My tent is a four man variety. I really like camping and hope to go on a camping trip in August if the weather is warm enough.
