Brett Farve retires and now wants to come back. The Packers want to do the right thing by moving on and not letting him come back after they asked and gave him many opportunies too. Brett Farve wants a release so he can play for another team. Do you think Farve should come back to the NFL? And if so would you want to see him play for another team other than the Green Bay Packers?

Yes I think he has come back. He is a living legend and I cant believe the the Green bay organizations is crazy for taking this long to decide if they are going let him play again. It just shows you that the owners are all about money after all he has done for the team they dont want to let him go cause they want to make money of his contract were is the loyalty !

They said they would let him back on the team but he wouldn't be the starter because they chose Erin Rogers after Favre retired. There were repeated attempts to try to get him to rejoin the team as the starter but they were all refused by him so the Packers decided to move on from Brett. If Favre is going to leave us for another team why shouldn't we get the benefits of trading him?

And yet another name I spelled completely wrong lol. It's Aaron Rodgers, sorry people! Spelling names correctly clearly isn't my thing.

Brett Farve is a washed up weasel! Squirming around not knowing which way to go! Please! Give it up Farve. Mentor someone if you so miss the game! Play ball with your kids. Find a charity. Something! Note: this is a from a ragged worn out Lions Fan whose wish is that another team should someday be worse that our Lions who lost their roor... no ulterior motive here....

I think that, as a grown man, he should stick to his decision. He agonized over it long enough; he should be true to his word. He can start a football camp for young people and teach the future quarterbacks how to play. He can't go home again. Let the team move on. And stop whining.

Great idea! I wish he would stick to his descision too.

I think that once a football player retires that should be it. If they choose to come back and stink (like they usually do) then they should lose their great status as what they were and be remembered as the wash up they come back to be. He should drop the ball for good.

Although, I am sure it is hard to adjust to life after sports, I do not think it would be a wise decision for Brett to return to the NFL as a player. I think that he is too old and should find another way to continue with his football career.

He announced he was quiting and the team moved on so be gone. It's not fair to the new quarterback. How many people who quit their job do you think could go back to their boss and say I changed my mind after they left and someone else was hired. I think he already crossed that bridge so move on with your life. He was a great quarterback and I enjoyed watching him play but it time to hung up the cleats.
