Ladies do you like it when a guy cooks for you

i have heard different women say different things about this subject before and i was just wondering what the people on mylot think about this...i have heard some women say that it is really sweet whenever a guy will cook for them and they think that it is great that a guy will do that for them and then on the other hand i have heard some women say that they don't really like it whenever a guy cooks for them because that usually means the guy has done something wrong or is wanting something in return...so i was just wondering what all of the women on mylot think about this...do you think that its a good idea for guys to cook for you or do you not like it?

Yes, I like it when my husband cooks. because nine time out of ten I am the one doing the cooking. It's just the opposite with my sister and her husband. He cooks alot more than she does because she has a tendecy to make the same things and he likes variety in his meals. Also she is always running around with the kids while he is generally relaxing after work. I like the chance to relax once in a while.

I think it's a GREAT thing. even if all he can cook is spagetti or cheeseburgers. It's the thought that counts and the effort to not just make you do everything! Even if you're not a great cook, I think it's a sweet gesture.

Sure I like it -- THAT IS -- IF THE FOOD IS EDIBLE AND TASTES GOOD! All joking aside, I think having a guy cook for me is very sweet and I love it. My boyfriend loves to cook for him and I all the time. He even cleans as well afterwards! He's the greatest. :)

I would love it if my husband cooked for me once in a while even if it was bacon and eggs on toast,or even beans on toast how hard would that be .But he won't do any cooking he say's he loves me to much to poison me lol one way of getting out of doing any cooking hey.

My girlfriend loves my cooking although it's very simple. 
She says that what she really likes is that I put so much effort in cooking. Well I don't think that cooking would mean that a guy has done something wrong. Maybe it's just that they want their girls to appreciate them.
