Are you afraid of death?

Whenever I begin to think about death, or even the thought of aging, I get really aggitated. I begin to have cold sweats, I get knots in my stomach, and I feel terrified. Does this ever happen to you? What do you do about it?

Me, I'm not afraid of dying. I'm more afraid of how will I die. I don't want to experience suffering. It would be better to die at peace. After all we all gonna die somehow , it's just a matter of time.

I wish I could say no but I am afraid to die. I think with me it is just the unknown and I have yet to find what I believe in so it is a total unknown for me. Im still trying to find myself. Is it easier for those that have a religion and know what they believe?

this is really a interesting topic that to be discuss ! actually i not afraid to die !! but i afraid after i die who can take care my family that is what i scare ! die is not scary i think people is more scary than die.

I get like that! I am like sooooo paranoid and seriously everything i think of leads back to me dieing! Like I'm afraid im gonna get in an accident and die and stuff liek that. I try to not think of it but it is kind of hard. When i think of it i try not to but thinking of happy thoughts or what ever.
