I just started it, I don't follow their meal plans exactly but I stay within the calorie intake and I try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I am not so motivated with the exercise program, but I am still gonna do it. I do feel better and have more energy. i am hoping to see results soon. It is giving me 9 months to lose thirty pounds and I would like to lose it quicker. Im hoping the weight comes off sooner. Let me know how you do!

Hello. I was actually surprised to see that someone other than myself has used spark people. After I had my first son I realized that I was the same weight I had been when I was pregnant. Then I found spark people. I lost 40lbs in 3 months. and the best part is. I kept it off. I didnt really follow there plan. What I did was just follow the calorie and exercise part. I stayed withing my calories and exercised what I needed to do that day and its just came melting off. It was hard at first because some how i was getting food withdrawl headaches but then soon after that went away I was doing fantastic. PM me if you have any more questions.
