Interesting site, payout is at $10,000, you get a $1000 dollar sign up bonus, from $25 to $100 ptc things, I haven't been on long, but I don't think you get many ofers, I suppose the best way to handle it if ot dos pay out is referrals, 500 dollar referral bonus. I'm still not sure if its a scam, but it seems like a, well pretty unelievable thing if you can cashout. There aren't many people joined in, so I'm guessing its fairly new, they claim to have paid out 70,000 dollars though, I guess I won't know until I reach that 10,000 mark.
