How to add images in blogger while adding new blog post?

I could do that previous but not I cant do it for new compose outlook of blogger. In this outlook there are no option of add an image,url etc. Can you tell me how I can do it now?

I don't really understand what you are asking. I use Blogger and I have no problem uploading an image when I make a new post. The Add Image is still on the editor under Compose on my blogger site. Adding a link is still there, too.
