sleeping with tv on? / myLot

do u sleep with tv on at night? i have to have the tv on and certain channel on the tv to go to sleep. do others sleep with it on too???

Yeah I sleep with my tv on at night, I turn the volume down though. I use it as a night light...lol I don't like to sleep in total blackness.

I'm kinda of odd... I sleep with the tv but i turn the sound all the way down. I don't really like sleeping in pitch blackness so I keep the tv on so there's some light in my room.
