When do you often Defrag your PC?

Degragmenting is reorganizing files from your hard disk so that programs will run faster. If you haven't defrag you PC, tendency is programs will run slower so its advisable to defrag you PC as soon as possible. I do it once a week so that the read and write speed is just average. A hard disk has a small arm which checks for sectors.

Well, it is a must. Fragmented files often occur when you install and uninstall program..

most people i know, they tend to degfrag their PC once a month so i'm asking other users when will they defrag their PC's..tnx for the reply

I defrag around once a month.I know its good for my PC,but i always think the process is too long..
