Would you be inspired, or scared to death?

She's 71 years old and blind, but Kazuko Renes jumped out of an airplane anyway. She wanted to show people she could do anything..I don't think I would have chosen this. http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2008/07/15/rillos.blind.skydiver.kval

I think is not the age of the body that counts but the age of the spirit. If you are young you are young mentally and spiritually the body just falls apart but visit a surgeon and all is ok. Look at Cher or Madonna! Oh yeah Demi Moore!

will that is an immature kind of thinking considering him that he's only a teenager... that he's nthinling is not emough for a mormal being... i feel sorry for that teenager... he ended up his life for such notion that he can do everything here in this world...

What does that have to do with this discussion about a 71 year old blind lady skydiving?

Wow, I would just hope to be that active at that age. I know it is a scary thing and I am afraid of heights but to be that brave just to show she still got it and can still do anything htat age is just a number..I guess we should experience a little wildness in our lifetime even if it is just once.

I think that it is really cool that she got to do something like that. It is not something that I would do either, but I think that she proved that just because you have a disability (blindness in this case) does not mean that you cannot do things that other people can do.

I've heard stories like this before. Blind, disabled, or not, some people are just flat-out braver than others. I wouldn't jump out of an airplane. I cannot imagine any benefit I would gain that offsets the risks my family would incur in the case of a mistake.
