Dieting

I am a teenager, and have been on a diet for the last 3 years. Weightwatchers to be precise. Do any of you guys follow any diets? Can you name some diets or healthy eating plans that work? Any success stories would be helpful too. Thanks guys x

The only thing that's ever worked for me is not so much a diet as a lifestyle. I have found that if I take in less sugars, and especially don't drink anything with sugar in it, like soda's, and exercise regularly, that I am able to maintain a healthy weight.

I love sugar as well and probably have eaten more candy and sweets than anyone you know. I thought it would be impossible for me to ever even think of giving up sweets, but it's really not so bad once I got past the first couple of days. I didn't go cold turkey, and I will still eat something sweet occassionally just to keep me from going bezerk on sweets! And I do drink sodas, but they are ones that I can stand (NO DIET COKE! Bleh!) And as for exercise, basically as long as I walk daily, I do pretty good. Nothing extreme. Just being active helps.
