I have a very strong immune system,i don't fall sick while other do but my problem is with polluted air.

So... I take it you get sick with polluted air alpha7? I sure can relate with your problem though. The quality of air in my place is sub-average, and you can actually see the smog in the city when looking at it from a high place.
