work up?

work out - how often do you work out?

How often do you work out? Do you jog? Do you lift weights? Do you go to a gym or do you work out at home? I lift some weights most of the night before I go to sleep. I walk for a minimum of 30 minutes a day so I get enough exercise for my legs.

i box, hit the heavy bag not with someone, thats the only form of exercising that i enjoy doing, i dont always do it though its not a regular exercise just whenever i feel like doing itbut whenever i do i always do it for an hour or more no less, i use to jog before to increase my cardio but got tired of doing it since i want to do it very early in the morning, like 3 or 4 am early, i dont like jogging when alot of people are already up, i dont know why i just dont like doing it when theres alot of people around, the reason i stopped jogging is i develop i havent of staying up really late and i cant wake up at 3 or 4 anymore

I work out at least 4 times a week. I slowed down from a 7-day workout. I busted my knee because of it. I do a combination of aerobics and weight lifting. And I usually hop on the treadmill for a 2 minute sprint. I try to acquire as many equipments as I can at home. It does give me more flexibility with the time I want and need to work out. I usually don't use heavy weights as I aim for lean muscles and weight loss. So far I'm doing good. I just lost my 47th pound today! whapak! I'm gonna give those at the Biggest Losers a run for their money. LOL. Well, take care as well everytime you workout. Injuries do happen. see 'ya my friend!

I dont exercise much lately, and this isnt good at all for my health and fitness.I spend much time sitting in front of the pc screen, dont walk much because i drive instead, and dont exercise at gym or anything.

I used to be in pretty good shape, but in the last few years its been an off and on thing. I haven't done much of anything in the last year or so since getting married and moving to Ohio. I tried to get out and walk once in a while, but I just don't have the motivation. I was able to get a free recumbent bicycle a couple of weeks ago and I've been using that almost every day, sometimes 3-4 times a day for 10-15 min each time. I need to keep it up not only for my weight, but for my high cholesterol.

before, i jog & run every saturday together with my cousin, but now since it's always raining outside, i tend to stay at home. now i'm just doing sit ups or weight lifting at home..

I do half an hour of toning exercises everyday. I know that i should introduce cardio work into my daily routine, but i despise of cardio lol!

I work out 5 days a week. Mostly I do the treadmill and then two days a week I work with a trainer. We live in florida so I am also working out in the pool in our development.

yes i do workout.. my fingers get so much exercise in mylot as well as my brain haha... ok no i not that lazy hehe. i think houework can be classed as good exercise, as well as when my music is playing i will dance also, as i love to dance.. i do walk but only if there is a reason for the walk otherwise its boring.. say shopping or walking to the shop.. Soemtimes i have done arobics at home as i have few arobic videos :))) but i do tend to take long breaks from it after few weeks lol
