How many cups of coffee do you drink daily?

I used to drink about 3-4 times daily, now just once every morning, but it has to be really strong. When I get really sleepy in the middle of the day or while at work, I'd usually just buy an energy drink. It has more caffeine but it's also more effective in keeping myself awake. :)

I used to be like you, lol, too. I had big cups of coffee though which equals two regular ones, which is a lot four times a day. When I was pregnant with my first I had to go 'cold turkey' on coffee, because it's not good for them. That resulted in major headaches and struggles to stay awake, especially at work, lol.
Now it's only two big cups a day.... And I need it. I don't like energy drinks, so that's not an option. Besides caffeine is caffeine, no matter the source. My coffee is a strong one anyway, lol. Bad habit....

I drink a 6-12 cup pot everyday, and I start it off in the morning. It gets me going and keeps me going during the day. I have tried those energy drinks but not for when I'm home. The coffee does the job for me and that's all the caffiene that I need for the day. Now you have to admit that when you don't have your coffee. Do you feel like your off a little?

Actually yeah! lol Especially in the morning, like "I can't" be fully awake without it! :D

I usually drink between one and one and a half cups a day. Sometimes I will drink decaffeinated coffee during the course of the day because I have to watch how much caffeine I take in. Yes, I do think it helps to keep me awake from time to time. I know there are some people that can drink it all day.

You're right. My partner can actually not eat the whole day -- but won't last a couple of hours without coffee. (I hate when he does that!)

I haven't really ever kept count how much coffee I drink in a day (I can't count that high! LOL!!)
Suffice it to say that I drink a LOT of coffee!!
