Can you have two paypal accounts?

i was just wondering if you could have two paypal accounts because whenever i am getting paid from paid to post websites or something like that i always get a fee taken out or whenever someone sends me money through paypal they always take a fee out and i dont like that at all and i have heard if you have a personal account you won't get a fee taken out but at the same time i sell on ebay and buy sometimes and i have heard that if you have a personal account that you can't use that with ebay...so i was just wondering if you could have two paypal accounts and if you can is it difficult to do?
