I made my life STABLE, others are still TROUBLED and UNCERTAIN, what to help?

I am working as a nurse here in the Philippines for the passed 7 years who dreams of a career leap abroad. I believe that this aspiration or dream I wish to attain will soon enough come real in a couple of months or weeks I think. I really planned to get there as a passed all the exams to make myself highly able and qualified. In a month or weeks, I know everything will follow according to my plans. I am good at it, reaching my dreams and aspirations with all by my self to rely on. Yet, I am not as selfish as others may think of. I despite a low salary wage am currently supporting a cousin for college to assist her towards a good future which fate has deprived her. I know someday she will become who I am right now and I am positive that this act of kindness will bounce back a thousand fold. As the saying goes - Teach Man how to FISH so he can make a living for himself. Any other options that you can suggest to help others?
