I would love to do this! I've had this conversation many times a few family members and good friends. I have the same RV idea, cross country with the stops at the mlb stadiums ! I actually spend alot of time in a stadium and still love it!

Which stadium in New York to your work at...the good one (Yankee) or the bad one (Shea)? LOL...or is it another. I have been to NYC twice. In 2002, we went to Yankee Stadium for the Subway series and I fell in love with the Yankees ever since. Just walking into Yankee stadium and knowing all of the history that it holds was amazing. It is a shame it will be torn down soon.

What reason do you spend a lot of time in a stadium? Do you work at a stadium? If so, which one?

I wish I had the money to do this. I might eventually, and I would love to do this. it would be a great way to see the country. My friend has this same dream, and he got a jump start on me. he has been to Seattle, Cleveland, both Chicago parks, and Milwaukee. I have only been to U.S. Celluar Field (White Sox). I have been trying to get tickets to see the Cubs, but that has not worked out so well (too expensive). Good luck!

Yes, this would be fun. The Cubs are very hard to get tickets for. I live in Cincinnati, so I have been to Great American Ball Park. I have also been to Yankee Stadium, which is amazing.

My dad and I have talked about that for years. He wants to rent an RV and drive around the country, making stops at each one. If I could, I would also like to take my nephew. I might even consider my brother. Depends on if he's annoying me at the time. ;)

An Rv, now there is an idea. Would be a lot cheaper than hotels. LOL on the brother:)

I hope to do exactly this when I retire starting right after the Grapefruit league wraps up and making my way back and forth across the country as the weather warms up further north. Hope to have a van that we can sleep in such as the VWs. Nice to see others have similar dreams.

Wouldn't that just be the trip of a lifetime? I hope to one day do this with my son.
