i love my lobster, and any other sea food.. ok what i want to ask is the yukky brown stuff in the thing my dad eats it, he dips his lobster in it and he tells me that its like a sauce lol i think its well poooooo lol so i will not touch it..can any one help me and tell me if you can eat it, is it meant to be eaten.. just something i have always wanted to know.. That's the lobsters liver and yes, it is edible! :) Depending on how the lobster was cooked, thier liver can be quite delicious! I use this to make a type of handmade mayonnaise for later use... Try it and see for yourself! :)
