Well I think that would be very good! A healthy lifestyle indeed. I suggest to you go visit your dermatologist too for advice of which foods you should eat or avoid to prevent breakouts. Also try not to get stressed to much because it causes breakouts too.

I think some fruits could also cause oily skin although I'm not sure which ones. A dermatologist friend told me once that if you have oily skin don't use too much oil control products because it would lead to dry skin in return.

hmmm that sounds like a nice healthy lunch, I love watermelon, when I was young and had breakouts, i would dab just a little mythelated spirits on the effected area then at nightb I would put oil from the Vitamin E capsuals on my face...it seemed to work for me...i hope your healthy diet works for you.

Hi Raclie Eating fruits is good and it is beneficial to your health. But I think you have to include other items in your diet daily. Since you are at the age of growth, you need more nutrients like calcium, some fats, protien etc. you have to include other items which will compensate the need of other nutrients. If you like to follow a vegetarian diet, you can include pulses, vegetables etc to your diet.

Fruits can be fun and bananas out of all the ones you mentioned is the most healthy for you. Watermelon is med/high glycemic and is mostly water so you don't want to eat a ton of it (a whole watermelon). Remember to eat your fruit AFTER your meal as this will help start the digestive process for you. Thanks Zelo
