does anyone else do this?

i do, when i dream that i am in a party or someone is singing in my dreams, the music remains.

I have had days when I wake up with a song in my head but I wouldn't be able to say that it was every single day. When it happens it's most of the time stuck there for ages, sometimes upto a couple of days and after a while it does get annoying and you try things like blank thoughts, getting busy with something that needs a lot of thinking or humming another song while thinking about that song activily. Sometimes it helps, other times you'll just give up and try and be patient untill the song pops out of your head again somehow .

I try to wake up as well as go to sleep with a vision of what I want to achieve. This morning the alarm went off and I could have easily hit it and slept in but I had a vision of me hitting the weights. And there I was making my way to the garage and 'pushing the steel' without a second thought that this is what needed to be done today. Now that I have achieved that, the rest of the day is open to take a nap to make up the early rise!

sometimes
