Problems with clinic opening

A new clinic wants to open in my area, and of course negative talk already by the neighborhood is starting! They dont want addicts their!Ifor one, I am familiar with the area where they intend to put this up...and there are already addicts there, except those addicts are in active addiction! guess they would rather have that!
