Ragging in Colleges

Colleges are open anew.there is now again a season of ragging there.During ragging juniors are beaten and sometimes stripped.the are put to several kinds of torture.Shouldn't this cruel practice be stopped out right?Shouldn't the seniors involve in it be brought to book? what do you think?
