Interesting/boring discussion

We really don't know what kind of topic would spark members interest or their curiuosity. Each people here has different kind of interest and different kind of expertise. Maybe those serious are a bit heavy for others that they don't comment. But it doesn't mean they are being read 'tho. I for one, read other discussions even if I don't post on them. I learn a lot by reading.

I have often noticed this. I think some people like those one line discussions so that they can answer them quickly and get their post in.

All the time! Both ways! Sometimes I've posted something that I thought Mylotters will find interesting and months later I still have no responses on them! Other times I've posted a simple (what I thought was simple anyway) post and I've been so surprised at how many people responded. I love it when that happens! I suppose I'm just still not that good on predicting what people want to read about here.

Thats the story of my life here on the Lot. I will write something that I feel passionate about and absolutely no one gives a dam about the subject. One of my friends will save me writing a gee I'm sorry this discussion is such a flop response so that I don't have an unresolved post, but that will be it! I have written a sarcastic Post before and expected no responses and then done very well. I always find this to be very bizzare! Shalom~Adoniah

you will find this happens a lot here! Those meaningless discussions get alot of answers and the more serious only get a few!
